ABSOULTELY NOT! Although Framed by Nikki B is inspired by different elements within the black culture, Everyone, from all walks of life are welcomed to patronize our women's sunglasses boutique, Infact we understand the best way to promote and support diversity is to have an understanding and knowledge of other cultures that may be different from your own. Yes, we openly embrace and celebrate the black community however that does not deminish the respect and admiration we have for other cultures, races and values that may be different from our own. EVERY ONE IS WELCOMED AND RESPECTED EQUALLY!

What is the fastest way to receive a response after an inquiry?
All emails are usually answered within 48 hours, but if you need a quicker response, contact us Via instagram Dm. Direct messages are usually answered within 2 to 5 hours.
How much is the shipping cost if my purchase is under $60?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of only $6, for all orders under $60 , that don't qualify for free shipping.
Just placed my order, how long will it take to receive my package?
We understand and value the urgency of our customers to receive their orders in a prompt and timely manner, which is why all packages are shipped with in 1 to 3 business days, after an order is placed. We use U.S.P.S priority shipping method, which usually takes 2 to 3 days, after the item has shipped for customers to receive their packages. When shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided upon purchase. (Please note, during the holiday season, packages may take longer due to the high volume of packages shipped during peak delivery seasons)
Do you offer rush shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer rush shipping, however we do use U.S.P.S priorty shipping and at average, our customers usually receive their packages in less than a week's time frame (7 days), after an order has been placed.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working to find the most cost efficient method of international shipping to ensure our customers oversees have the absolute best shipping experience.
What if i receive damaged good?
On rare occasions, where customers may receive damaged, defective or the wrong item please contact us @ email@example.com, so that we can evaluate the situation and rectify the issue. (Please be sure to inspect all items, upon first receiving you order)
What if I don't like the item, can it be returned?
We currently do not offer any refund options, However the option to exchange merchandise, for store credit or a new item will be determined on a case to case basis. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or store credit please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you exchange is accepted, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- Exchanges will only be considered if you put in a request 14 days after the shipping date.
- All exchange merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging.
-All exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase (if your exchange is accepted, this can be emailed directly to us)
- Unless damaged, mystery boxes are not qualified for exchange or store credit.
(Please note, an exchange of an item for a different product or store credit can take up to 3 weeks)
